How to Qualify

  1. Use Inworld voices for at least 60 call minutes during the promotion period (January 21 - February 28, 2026)
  2. Submit the usage survey form before March 13, 2026
  3. Do not delete any eligible call records before April 1, 2026
  4. In order to be eligible, calls may not switch voice provider mid-call during the promotional period

What is the Ultravox + Inworld credit promotion?

For every hour of call time using Inworld voices between January 21 and February 28, 2026, you'll earn $1.00 in Ultravox credits. Credits are automatically applied to your account at the end of March.

How much credit can I earn? How is the amount of credit determined?

You can earn up to $100 (maximum) in account credit. For every 60 minutes of call time on Ultravox where you use an Inworld voice, you will receive $1.00 in credit. We will round up to the nearest hour.

Who is eligible? Is there a limit on how many customers can participate?

All Ultravox customers (new and existing) on any paid or pay-as-you-go plan are eligible to participate. There is no cap on the number of customers who can participate.

What do I need to do to get the credit?

Two things: (1) Use Inworld voices for at least 60 call minutes during the promotion period, and (2) submit feedback by March 13, 2026. Both are required to receive your credit.

How do I use Inworld voices?

When configuring your voice agent, select any Inworld voice option from the voice provider dropdown. All Inworld voices are eligible for this promotion.

What Inworld voices are currently available for Ultravox?

All Inworld voices can be seen in the Ultravox web application (make sure to set the provider filter to "Inworld") and can also be retrieved by using the List Voices API.

When will I receive my credit?

Credits earned during the promotion will be calculated and applied to your account at the end of March 2026, after we verify eligibility and process feedback submissions.

How will the credit be applied?

The credit will be added to your Stripe billing account and automatically applied to your future Ultravox invoices. If you're on an enterprise plan, the credit will be applied to your next invoice.

Do the credits expire?

Yes. Promotional credits expire after 90 days.

Why do I need to submit feedback?

We're partnering with Inworld to improve their voice offerings and to add more options to Ultravox. Your feedback helps both teams understand what's working well and what could be better. It only takes a few minutes and is required to receive your credit.

What happens if I delete my call records?

We cannot process any credits without the call records because we need to match calls during the eligible period to the voices used. Please don't delete any calls made with Inworld voices during the promotion period until after your credit has been applied (end of March). Deleted calls can't be counted toward your credit.

Can I switch voice providers during a call?

To ensure accurate tracking, please don't switch voice providers mid-call during the promotion period. Calls that switch providers mid-call may not be counted.

How is call time calculated?

We measure the total billed duration of calls where Inworld voices are used. This includes all call time (not just the time the voice is speaking).

Can I see how many hours I've accumulated?

Yes, you can track your Inworld voice usage in your Ultravox dashboard under Call History. Filter by the Inworld voices you've used to see your Inworld-specific hours. You can also use the Ultravox API for custom reporting.

What if I'm already using Inworld voices?

Great! All Inworld voice usage (including via custom voices that you've created) during the promotion period counts, whether you're a new or existing Inworld user.
